Production Capacities


Knitting Facilities

Knitting Department is equipped with the new generation of computer-assisted knitting machines: STOLL CMS 530, STOLL CMS 822 and 3 programming stations M1 plus which are served by well trained programmers.
All the production is monitored throw SKR2 Stoll-knit report 2 in real time.
We have 33 new types knitting machines – produced in 2014.
Specification:
  • - 2,5.2 gg - 10 machines equivalent with 3 to 5 gg classic machines
  • - 3,5.2 gg- 11 machines equivalent with 5 o 7 gg classic machines
  • - 7.2 gg- 12 machines equivalent with 10 to 14 gg classic machines
- 2 knitting machines for accessories
We are able to develop and produc  fully fashion, jaquard, ajour, cables, intarsia, split, devoree and any other option which our costumers needs.
Accessibility to our services is supported by a highly trained and experienced in knitwear team of English-speaking, each department having its own e-mail for more effective communication. We also have the necessary equipment to communicate by video conference, hangout Google +, Skype and of course phone.

Presteaming Facilities



Pre-steaming Department is equipped with new types of presteaming machines - produced in 2015.
  • - 1 presteaming machine ST 131 MENTASTI - with 130 cm width - specialy designed for fully fashion styles
First pressing/uncurling machine for continuous fabrics or piece by piece and fully fashioned.
The machine has a double feeding roller system, a double steaming area, a double heating area, and an extra-long suction area. With its adjustement system by “flaps”, and its control by PLC Touch Screen Siemens, this machine can guarantee to process every kind of knits, even the most difficult aand fine (up to 18gg.).
The automatic piler has double function: lapping (for continuous fabrics) and stacking (for piece by piece).
  • - 1 presteaming machine ST 201 MENTASTI - with 200 cm width for double productivity designed for mass production

Cutting Facilities

Cutting Department is equiped with new machines -produces in 2015

    • Mechanism to adjust tension of band-knife.

Washing Facilities

Wasihing Departments is equiped with one new type washing machine and one new tumble dryer machine - all produced 2016

The High Spin washing machines by Mentasti are studied expressly for treating textiles and knitwear in particular, fully electronic (they eliminate waiting times and all kinds of manual actions by operators) and with an extremely flexible software that gives an infinite range of possibilities to handle with extreme care and precision the treatment of a knitwear garment. Machine "2 in 1" (over 1000 RPIV) eliminates the water extracting mc.).
Drum with special drills and flaps.Diameter of drum increased (wider and less deep) to increase water extraction. Peristaltic pumps for an automatic dosing of the soaps and chemicals. Inverter PLC to be connected to a PC to exchange and insert data and personalize recepies.
Mentasti tumble dryers are built with the same philosophy of Washers. Precise mechanics and total electronic controls guarantee excellent results in this delicate phase of knitwear treatment - stainless steel AISI304 components - 1 motor with Electronic Frequency Control (inverter)- microprocessor with functionment time - temperature, time residual humidity - hydrometric sensor- automatic reverse of drum- special drum with anti-shock drills- potentiometer Soft-Spin- anti-wrinkle system.




Embroidery Facilities

Embroidery Department is equiped with new embroidery machine  from ZSk model LBFB 1012-480/700

ZSK flat system embroidery machines are known for the hallmark of excellence MADE IN GERMANY and unique efficiency.
ZSK multi-head embroidery machines are known for highest standard of technology, extreme precision, flexibility and long life time. The flat system machines can be used for clothing textiles, saris, wedding textiles, bed cloth, table cloth, decoration textile, lingerie, curtains, panneuax, furniture textiles, logos, flags and many more applications.
The multi-head embroidery machines have up to 12 needles and colors and an embroidery field of 500mm up to 1.500mm.
Most models serially have the unique head selection. This brings you and your machine in a new league of possibilities in the embroidery world. The head selection allows almost all dimensions and color combinations. In combination with a large embroidery field and a high speed this gives enormous productivity and allows infinite creativity.
ZSK embroider machines are controlled through electronics of the newest technology. The terminal can process data via USB, floppy disk or network.
The control of the machine is done through the terminal T8 with enormous ease of use and comfortable operation. The basis for the control terminal is Windows CE.
The terminal is a high end, very innovative product with a large 8,4” TFT screen with very high resolution.

Finishing Facilities

Finishing Department  have all new generation ironing line – all produced in 2015.

  • 2 VEITH Hand Ironing tables 
The VEIT Varioset ironing tables are worldwide known for their great performance, their long lifetime and their reliability. The VEIT Varioset has been since its introduction in the early 1980s continuously further developed and improved.
It was the first ironing table in the world which has been designed as a building block system, making it easy to change surfaces and bucks or change pointing left or right.
The Varisoet DB tables are mountable, as required, pointing left or right. They can be equipped with various shapes and sizes of ironing surfaces and are ideal for the ironing of skirts, dresses, jackets and blouses. A swivelarm assembly designed for a large variety of ironing bucks as well as a support gantry and a lighting system make this station a perfect ironing unit for processing of ladies’ wear. The suction and blowing function is standard with all Varioset tables.
Quick and exact regulation of suction and blowing quantity by key pressure on the electronic control unit.
Rated and actual temperature of the iron is shown accurately to the degree on the display.

QC Facilities

QC Department is organized in three levels during production flow. First level is in Knitting Department, second is in Confection Department and the final one is at the end of the production flow.
